Aesthetic Dentistry Of Scottsdale

Contacted the office and spoke with office to setup an appointment. I told them during this time that I will be moving and will only need a cleaning. They said no problem and to come in on a particular day for the cleaning. When I got there, I was told no cleaning would be done that day and x-rays will be taken (which can transfer to my next Doctor).

So far so good. I agreed to that. After the x-rays were taken, I was told by the Dentist that he doesn't want to do perform the cleaning since I am moving anyways. I appreciated his honesty. We both could've moved on from there. I received a bill for his evaluation to tell me he doesn't want to do the work. I contacted the office and asked them kindly to reconsider this charge as I was very direct in what I needed and why I was there.

I did not come in to get evaluated and billed and have zero work done. The office manager Pamela then accused me of blaming everyone in the office and that it must be "everyone else's fault and not mine". Every e-mail after that was then ignored. I paid my bill and I will review my experience. I have asked them to not contact me. If they do not care to answer my concerns, then I don't care to answer theirs.

I cannot review the particular dentist here since I had no work done by him. All I can state is you get billed for zero work done and then you get attitude by the office manager. Look elsewhere is my suggestion--they do not care about helping you.

Today I had my teeth cleaned then check by Dr. Kelly, then whitened. As usual it was a flawless excellent experience. I've been with Aesthetics Dentistry for several years now. All of the employees are highly trained, extremely professional and great to work with. Dr. Kelly is very professional, extremely through and makes certain that he checks you thoroughly for any problems. I highly recommend Aesthetics Dentistry of Scottsdale to anyone. Mark Carstensen.

Going to the dentist is never fun, but this was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in dentistry. The entire staff is happy, vibrant and a pleasure to work with. There is a beautiful excitement and fun in the air of this office. They play inspirational music that makes you feel right at home and relaxed. Jen, during my cleaning, was the most gentle experience I've ever had.

She was thorough and even asked the dentist Mike, to go a little extra for me and help polish my teeth. They look better than they've looked in years and I've been getting compliments regularly. This is such a great team and such a great office, I live an hour away and yet I will still be calling this my dental home.

Dr. Kelly was excellent professionally. and personally. He clinically assessed my current dental health and made recommendations that were sensible and appropriate. His hands were extremely confident, yet gentle. In addition, the rest of the office staff was very friendly and attentive

We moved to Scottsdale from Iowa in 2020. I am a retired Dental Hygienist, so the dental health of my family and myself have always been a high priority. We were very pleased with our dentist in Iowa and I was concerned about being able to find a compassionate and quality focused practice here in our new home. I needed emergency root canal therapy last spring, and the Endodontist (Dr. Gus Khalifa) referred me to Dr. Kelly's practice for our primary care.

These referrals from a specialty practitioner always carry extra weight with me; as these doctors have the opportunity to evaluate the work of many area dentists, since the specialist's patients are largely referred to them by area general practitioners. My husband, our 26 year old daughter, and I have all visited Dr. Kelly's office for routine cleanings and exams.

The Hygiene staff was very professional, and the care was gentle and thorough. I have visited the office two more times for replacement of aging silver fillings. Dr. Kelly uses state of the art equipment, and often is able to use a laser rather than a traditional "drill" to prep the tooth for restoration. This allows him to use much less, or possibly no local anesthetic.

There was no discomfort, and Dr Kelly was so good at communicating what to anticipate as the procedures were completed. The chair side Assistants were professional, efficient, and caring. I got the feeling that this is a well managed and cooperative team. Pam, at the front desk, is so friendly and clearly cares about the health of the patients. My second filling was an emergency type visit.

I fractured a molar and needed to be seen quickly, as I was leaving town in the coming days. Pam was able to offer me an appointment that very day. Although it was apparent they were busy with regularly scheduled patients, they worked me in and got me all fixed up for my trip. The office is beautiful and comfortable. But you can tell that the investment in state of the art equipment has been a priority. This team produces amazing results for their patients, and I'm confident in recommending them to you.

I have been going to Dr. Kelley for over 10 years and he is by far the best dentist in the valley. Combine that with his professional and caring staff and you will never go anywhere else. Thank you Aesthetic Dentistry of Scottsdale.

My dentall hygenist, Sage, was excellent and very thorough. She has a warm personality and is very caring. I Also had a pleasant visit with Dr. Kelly and his assistant as they explained my future treatment.

I need a lot of dental work and Dr. Kelly thoroughly discussed the best treatment plan for me and also the most cost effective procedures. My first visit was a consultation with Dr. Kelly and his assistant was able to give both my husband and I a teeth cleaning immediately after our consultations.

Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite activities, BUT, if you have to go, the practice of Mike Kelly, DDS makes the experience more than bearable. It seemed that the entire office, without exception, was in synch to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Between the state of the art equipment, Dr. Kelly's blend of attentiveness, professionalism and skill, and the fact that he had been recommended by someone to whom he had been recommended (and I don't know how far the chain goes, but his reputation speaks volumes) you know you're in good hands.
