My dental hygienist and Dr. Evans are kind and very helpful. Always reassuring and never make me feel embarrassed about my teeth. Receptionist were friendly and took care of us right away.

Everyone here is so friendly! I still have my braces on but they have considered my allergies, they are professional and do their best. It's a great place and I 100% recommend to anyone.

It was a good experience as a new patient. As a new patient, the appointment usually runs long, and it did. The service was great and all personnel were very friendly. The issue (4 rating) upon arriving to my appointment was initially slated for Dr Gerhardt but without being told upfront, I was being seen by Dr Evans, who was great in her own right. I was offered to switch back after it was explained why the switch occurred in the first place. I said I understood and it's all good.

Long time patient. I love the staff! Today Agnes was the hygienist who did my dental cleaning. She was very thorough and helped me with some tips and instructions on how to improve my home care. This was the best cleaning I have had since pre-Covid. Thank you AFD!

Advanced Family Dentistry is amazing! Everyone, from the front office team to Lori (my favorite DH) to Dr. Evans and Dr. Gerhardt, is great at their jobs! They're kind, professional, and take a conservative approach (they don't make up procedures you need) to dental health. Stop searching, you have found the best!

I had a TERRIBLE experience trying to get seen at this new practice which is down the street from us. The first time I initiated an appointment was last year and inquired as my husband has visited and had a pleasant experience with being seen as a new patient. The first attempt, they shared the schedule did not allow for new patients until April 2022. Bummer. Got a teeth cleaning in at my last place out in the Arboretum and thought I'll try back again in the new year.

I wanted a closer drive as with working from home a 15 min drive is a first world problem. This month rolls around, I ask if I can have a new appointment set up going in as a new patient, all insurance information vetted and previous X-ray and history provided. Two weeks pass after getting them all info requested. The day before my appointment, they call asking for one more item from a past dentist visit I had a terrible experience with in CP, and mentioned it would be an out of pocket X-ray expense before any services could be rendered. No apology, no rescheduling, and just hung up. SO GLAD this place is able to give me a heads up at how unprofessional and sloppy their team is. Bleh.

Advanced Family Dentistry is a great place to go for dental care! I had such a great experience here, the staff were all very friendly and Dr. Evan's did an excellent job addressing my toothache and fixing the issue. Laurie did a very thorough and complete cleaning of my teeth and a thorough explanation of how to best take care of my teeth! Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

Everyone I met in the office as a new patient was friendly and professional. The word "advanced" in the name of the practice is apt. All the equipment seemed to be completely up to date, and the dentist I saw (Dr. Evans) took great care to make a thorough examination. Mona did a great job taking my xrays. I feel very well taken care of here. About pricing: no one is happy about having to pay for dental work, but Advanced Family Dentistry is very transparent about costs, and to me the charges were very fair. They offer a generous discount to patients without dental insurance. All in all, I am happy to be a patient at this practice.

I had a previous dentist do some poor quality work on two root canals and a couple fillings. Dr. Jeff got it corrected and without trying to up-sell his services. Highly recommend especially if your looking for a caring, compassionate staff that won't try to sell you on work that is not needed.

I'm very thankful for this dental office! Dr. Gerhardt has exceeded my expectations! The whole staff is amazing especially Stacey! I never have any issues and the communication is excellent! I'm in the process of an ortho treatment and the process has been amazing every step of the way. Also I recently went in for my annual dental cleaning and Dr. Gail did a fantastic job! There was constant communication throughout my entire treatment.

Do your self a favor and find another dentist. A Dr. miss handled a treatment and miss treated my wife and when confronted about it does nothing. Says it's not their problem that she has high anxiety that we can't Handel, now pay up. Save your self time, money, and some pain, and go somewhere else.

Excellent first visit! I would highly recommend Advanced Family Dentistry. Very comprehensive exam, knowledgeable and friendly hygienist and dentist! Very comfortable environment. I'll be back in 6 months!
