This could not have been a better experience, given it was root canal. Administrators were ultra compassionate and caring in both offices. Dr. Svetcov was absolutely fantastic. painless throughout. even had encouraging updates during the procedure. Really great. This is THE place to go if you're up for endodontic work. Bravo! I went to the White Plains location. The procedure was fine and everyone was nice, but I was upset about getting charged for something not covered by my insurance. When I went to pay, they told me my copay and then there was an extra cost of $250 for a 3D X-rays or something. I told them that if I would have known my insurance doesn't cover that I would have declined that service.
The girl at the desk looked at me and said I will tell them that while reaching for my card. She looked like she didn't even care and probably wasn't going to mention anything to them about being upfront about pricing. That was really annoying because that was an extra $250 I really didn't have I spend on this procedure; but I guess that's life nowadays.

Terrible expereince! The endodonist wasted a lot of my time and money to save a tooth he clearly knew couldn't be saved. Lesson learned, get more than one opinion before comminting to this place to get work done. I came out with a fractured root (3 weeks following my procedure) and an infection worse that what I originally went in with.

I visited both offices in Westchester and Mount Kisco ~ If I could leave 1000 stars I would! My expectations were exceeded on every level from the moment I was greeted at the reception desks and throughout my entire treatment process. Patients are treated with dignity, respect and very courteous. Dr. Kolnick's expertise, skill and friendliness were second to none right along with his entire staff.
The atmosphere is very calming and extremely clean. I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontics of Westchester. I feel extremely blessed to have had this level of care. Thank you, Terri Epidy

I rarely write reviews but I have to take the time to describe my wonderful experience at Advanced Endodontics of Westchester. I developed such a fear of the dentist due to horrible experiences that I have had over the years so much so that I had put off going to the dentist for years and that led me to needing an emergency root canal. I came across Advanced Endodontics of Westchester online and I am so grateful that I did.
From the moment that I walked into the office I was treated so nicely from the people at the front desk and the dentists assistant. Dr. Spencer Svetcov was excellent! He was so kind and gentle throughout the entire experience and walked me through everything he was doing. Best of all, I felt no pain! If I ever need more work done this is where I will be going. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

I was a little nervous when my dentist referred me to an Endodontist, Dr. Diamond, but it turned out to be one of my best experiences with dentists! Dr. Diamond was professional, but caring and she explained everything that needed to be done and why (including pictures). She impressed me with her confident, calm manner and I actually relaxed during the entire procedure. All of the staff in both offices were also friendly and helpful. PS, I really loved the dental chair!
