I had fillings, root canal, and crowns done by this office. Only to lose the teeth they allowed me to spend countless dollars on. I lost my teeth because they pushed appointments back that were needed to be done in time to stop the damage from continuing. Instead I waited 3 months with holes in my teeth. No call backs after calling about pain. Notes that they clearly saw on my file after they tried to charge me a fee for a changed appointment that THEY rescheduled.

I had multiple procedures done elsewhere w/ a family dentist & always had issues or found myself going back to get things corrected. During my first appointment here, I knew I should have left a long time ago. The dentist explained everything to me, why I was having issues, showed me pictures, and set up a plan to get everything corrected. I was really amazed. Highly recommend!

This dentist office doesn't care about their patients; they did substandard work for my wife and have yet to show personal responsibility for their mistakes. They will only see you if they think they can take your money. My wife saw them last year to have a crown done. They talked her into a painful and expensive procedure called a crown lengthening.

They told us that they spoke to our insurance and that the procedure was covered under insurance. Bottom line, insurance would not cover it because the dentist told them it 'was not medically necessary, ' and we had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. After putting the crown on, they told my wife that it would stay in for 10-30 years, which is standard for crowns.

This weekend (17 months later), the crown fell out which means the dentist didn't properly glue the crown to the tooth. Putting the crown back on is a dental emergency, and my wife has been in pain for five days. We have called this office every day for five days and left messages and requests with three different receptionists. Its been five days, and they still refuse to return our calls to resolve this dental emergency. This dentistry practice doesn't care about their patients and will only see you if they can take your money. Update: after several weeks, they sent us a refund.

Adams Dentistry is an awesome place to go. I enjoy the way all the staff make you feel every time you go. They all are very courteous and always have you feeling so comfortable. I used to hate going to the dentist but because of them I now enjoy it. Thank you Adams Dentistry!

My teenagers and I LOVE this office. All the staff is extremely friendly, from the time we walk in until we leave everyone makes you feel welcome and are working hard to take care of you. My hygienist is THE BEST! She is gently and ALWAYS takes care of me. She remembers me each time, from my sensitivity to my kiddos; she cares. She is VERY knowledgeable and loves her job.

When a person loves their job you can feel it and it shows, and this is her. She advises on me on what I can do to take care of my teeth and gums. We have been coming here since we arrived at Benning from overseas in 2016. After our first visit and receiving the amazing service we rec'd we did not need to consider any other dental office. My dentist, Dr. Adams, is also phenomenal.

My kiddos tell me they LOVE their hygienist and dentist too! Ms. Jill & Ms. Debra always ask about us and take care us as well. They are so very, very friendly and caring. THANK YOU ALL for taking care of us.

After moving to the Columbus area I found myself needing some dental work. I was referred to Adam's family dentistry by many friends and was not disappointed. All of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the office was very clean and inviting. My dental hygienist was amazing and made my experience the best!

First time at practice I was welcomed as a new patient and found everyone professional and interested that I be made to be welcome. The professional exam and cleaning were above the last practice I had used. I am glad my wife discovered Adams Dentistry for all future dental needs.

I had an older crown, that I had done in WA, pop out of my mouth yesterday morning, without warning. I experienced immediate cold and air sensitivity. I saved the crown, and made a call into the office as soon as I got off work. They got me in immediately, even knowing I was now a non-insurance patient. Dr. Scott was able to use my old crown, as nothing was wrong with it, just that the cement that had been used had gotten brittle.

I usually see Dr. Don, but trusted that their office would not recommend a subpar dentist. I absolutely love Dr. Don, but now just as equally appreciate Dr. Scott. They are both above and beyond excellent dentist. My visit was extremely affordable. I recommend Adams Family Dentistry and will recommend Dr. Don and Dr. Scott to anyone, especially if you have had previous horrific past experiences with other dentists. They are so gentle, precise, and knowledgeable. A+++ in my book. I appreciate them more than they will ever know.

Wonderful Service, professional, kind, and polite to patients. They are also very accommodating given current times. I was able to get an initial appointment within a couple days and they fixed my broken crown in a few minutes, pain free. The dentist was extremely thorough to ensure everything was prepped correctly so the bond would last. I was impressed and very please.

Its very difficult to find a dentist these days that doesn't always seem to be in a hurry and takes their time to ensure your care is very important. I will be recommending this office to my friends and family in the area. As soon as my new PPO starts in January this will become my new dental service provider.

Adams Family Cosmetic Dentistry is wonderful and I hate going to the Dentist. Dr Matt Adams and his staff hold professionalism to the highest level. From the front desk to the back each encounter with the staff made me feel welcomed and like I was the only patient there. The kindness and compassion shown throughout my procedure was truly appreciated. Dr. Matt Adams is extremely skilled and I highly recommend him for all your dental needs from a regular teeth cleaning to specific dental surgeries. I would not go any where else! I give them 5 gold teeth!
