The South Florida District Dental Association is one of the six components of the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and part of the tripartite structure of organized dentistry. The Association was incorporated in the State of Florida in October of 1922 and operates as a non-profit association under section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Centrally located in Coral Gables Florida, The SFDDA is host to three affiliate Societies located throughout the district.

The SFDDA provides assistance for patient referrals, promotes public dental health through educational materials, and assists members with professional or patient related issues.
Services
South Florida District Dental Association (SFDDA) is one of the six components of the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and is part of the American Dental Association (ADA). The district's geography includes all counties bordering Florida's east coast. In the 1960's the Association was restructured into two separate geographic districts that now encompass Dade, Monroe and South Broward.
