The best staff in A dental office. Very professional, caring, kind and friendly. Each staff had their own friendly caring personality. Dr. Tonnu the Dentist is a great listener very professional and very understanding never rushes your dental work or the time you spend on the chair. She is so gentle. No cheek pulling no yelling at the patient or yelling at the staff like other dentist do.

Her her Dental technician Nancy (who I may add very cute and funny btw) is also very caring outgoing and sweet Romina the office managers is very friendly and professional with taking care of your insurance and answering any Questions you may have. The Hygienist Catherine is so nice with a great sense of humor. She Is very professional When doing your dental cleaning.

She provides great oral hygiene & lifetime maintenance so u can Maintain a healthy and happy smile. Reveca the RDA is so sweet and makes sure you are Comfortable and happy with your smile from the moment you walk in for your appointment until the moment you walk out from your appointment. The a root canal specialist (Endodontist) Dr. Chloe also very gentle & professional. She makes sure you are comfortable when treating you for a Root canal. The ratings on here are all so true. Truly the best dental team and dental office in Hayward.

I've been coming here with my family for a few years now and I love their customer service. Their quality here is amazing. They take care of their patients well and have met my expectations always.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tonnu for over a decade. The entire staff is amazing at what they do. They are honestly the best dentist office in the Bay Area. I have referred many of my friends and family over the years. They are very sweet, funny, professional and trustworthy. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

Dr. Tonnu and the staff are so caring and helpful. All my life I've dreaded going to the dentist, and I still get severe anxiety about it. But Dr. Tonnu and the hygienists are so understanding and gentle and do whatever they can to make me feel comfortable.

I went to A Street Dental today and loved it. This was the only dentist I saw who was not a corporation so I called them and got in same day for teeth cleaning. This place was so warm and friendly I could have hung out with everyone of the staff members including the DDS and feel like I've known them forever. Had my teeth cleaned and (shame on me for not remembering her name) the lady who cleaned them and xrayed them has honed in her craft amazingly!

Never have I had xrays without biting down at least 2 times in severe pain until now. the cleaning was great and she never rested her hands on my jaw while working and used a tissue every time she sprayed some water on my face (which was hardly a spray) to dry it up. Dr. Tonnu was also wonderful.never once rushing me (and I'm a talker.lol). She heard my needs and we went in the direction that best fit me. I cant leave out the lady's at the front desk.super personable and completely professional while still having a few laughs with me. Very impressed!

Dr. Tonnu and her team have been amazing. I have been coming to them for years and so has my family. They are always flexible and professional. I truly believe that she cares about me as a person and not just a patient.

Dr Tonnu has been my dentist for ten years. Always serene, always kind and proficient. After a lifetime of dental work, she has been the BEST among the best of dentists. In addition, her staff has been awesome as well. Lastly, I would highly recommend her as she excels on every level.

My family and I have been with A Street Dental for years! Today was our baby son First time seeing the dentist. We are very grateful for the doctor and her team. My experience at A street dental was so good, all i needed to realize that was 5 minutes. The staff is really nice, friendly and helpful. Particularly Nancy, she helped me look up my insurance and copay's. they really take care of your teeth and go very thoroughly before beginning any procedure i am really glad i found this place Nancy and Romina are great Definitely recommend this place.

Where do I begin? I have moved to Hayward in late 2014 but have kept all my relations with the city including my dentist of 20+ year. Please note that I'm a diligent patient who commits to ritual consists of proper cleaning and flossing. For 15 more years, I have not experienced any cavities. Then since early 2017, I started to feel constant sensitivity in multiple teeth.

Again and again, I went back to my dentist and all he did was to adjust my bites. I trusted his ability to care for my dental health and therefore did not question him at all. I continued to suffer for the whole year until one of my filings came off and I needed immediate help. Except my dentist was away in Europe on vacation. Against my will, I went to Dr. Tunno who was very near my home in Hayward. BANG!

The best decision I have made in my life when it came to my dental health. She did an amazing job and diagnosed me accordingly, I learned that I need a root canal due to the negligence of my previous dentist hence why the prolonged sensitivity and discomfort. That wasn't the end of the story, she was able to find cavities that were not on the X-rays.

It spoke of her incredible skill and not the to mention her diligent with her effort to help me. Thank you, Dr. Tunno for saving my teeth for any further root canal and allowing me to gain the ability to eat comfortably again! Now that we have established Dr. Tunno's profession strengths, please let me add her character strengths. Dr. Tunno is very warm and welcoming.

She is a good listener (trust me, my story was long), patience, compassion and a good sense of humor. All the must needed elements to making a good person and a good doctor! Need a dentist, shop no further, Dr. Tunno is the one!

I started seeing Dr. Tonnu in 2009. From the beginning I loved how much she cared. I could tell that my dental challenges were being taken seriously and that she had a sincere interest in helping me. I've moved all over the Bay Area but still drive to see her. I also just read her bio on the A St dental website and all I can say is wow! What an amazing woman! I could already tell but it was neat to read about her life;

Highly recommended! I had previously avoided the dentist for years after several bad experiences, but finally decided I needed to find a dentist. Looking on Yelp I found Dr. Tonnu with great reviews and an office right here in downtown Hayward. Dr. Tonnu and her staff are all very friendly and you get the sense they really care. Turns out I had 15+ cavities!

Initially I was filled with dread at the thought of all that work and the cost, but their prices are very reasonable and they take a great deal of care to make you as comfortable as possible. Today I had my last cavity filled and couldn't be happier with A Street Dental!

Dr. Tonnu is awesome! Had my braces done and I'd say they are the cheapest around! My insurance changed so I had to switch dentists after I took my braces off but I truly recommend her. The office is clean and up to date.

Hello I have been going to A st dentist now for almost 10 years. They are wonderful. When I first started going to A st dental my self esteem was so low because of my teeth and I never took pictures due to my teeth. After going to A st dental i can smile again. And also they worked with me and content to work with me. I now have nice teeth and a great smile.

I never though in a million years that there was hope for me. Also I have never had any pain at A st dental. And every one that works there are so very nice and professional from Henry in the front all the way to the top lady herself (quynh tonnu) I would never go any other place. So if you go there please tell them yolanda w recommend you. You will be 100% happy.

So my husband was having a horrible tooth ache for 2 days and the third day I guess it was just so bad that he needed a prescription from any dentist until his insurance from his new job went into effect. I called this place about 45 minutes before closing. The receptionist was very helpful and sweet. He was able to accommodate us to come in even when they were almost closing.

We didn't end up going because my husband decided to wait until the next day so he could use his insurance. Never the less, I really appreciated that he was kind enough to have him come in and get checked by the doctor. Great customer service and patient care. I'll definitely be going here once the insurance is eligible!

The only dentist office I trust. You feel right at home. While the parking lot is too small the service is always great. You can also watch a movie or show with head phones while getting the work done.

The Best Dental Office in the Bay Area! We have been patients of theirs for years; the service is impeccable, the staff friendly and very professional, the office is clean and well maintained. We live in Walnut Creek but make the drive over to the office because they are that good, sure we could probably find another dentist closer to us but not one we would be as happy with. And on top of that I'm a big baby and Dr. Tonnu doesn't even hurt me when she gives the injection!
